Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) focuses on supporting patients dealing with mental health conditions as they progress toward wellness. We teach clients how to better manage their emotions and symptoms, provide education and help clients in regaining control over themselves and their mental health condition.
IOP is designed to be more intensive than traditional outpatient programs. Patients commit to participating in the program three days a week. Patients at the Intensive Outpatient level of care typically participate in the program from six to eight weeks. Each client’s specific treatment needs are different so the actual time spent in the program may be less than eight weeks. Clients may enroll in this program directly from the community or they may transition from inpatient treatment.
Our adult intensive outpatient program (IOP) is designed specifically for the needs of adults. Adults can face a variety of transitional events such as career changes, divorce/separations, children leaving the home and grief/loss. Our program can help adults experiencing depression and anxiety as it relates to the transitional changes. This program is offered three days a week, in three hour sessions, for individuals experiencing depression and anxiety.
Our assessment and referral team is available to receive calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you or someone you know is experiencing a crisis and needs help, don’t wait. Call us at 602-455-5694 for a no-cost, confidential assessment today.
