
Lacey Dabelow, LCSW is the current CEO of Quail Run Behavioral Health. She received her B.S. in Psychology from Indiana State University and her MSW from Indiana University. She joined UHS in 2019. She has an extensive career in Clinical and Leadership roles within the fields of health and mental health, including Clinical Integrated Care in Federally Qualified Health Centers, Medical Social Work in Acute Care and Emergency Departments, Regional Director for a 10 county Community Mental Health Center and Director of Psychiatric and Integrated Care in an Acute Care Hospital.
Julie Miller is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Phoenix, AZ. She has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in clinical psychology. She has worked in the behavioral health field for 27 years. She has grown from clinician into leadership and is currently the Group CEO for Valley Hospital and Quail Run Behavioral Health. She has worked with all populations in behavioral health, specializing in high acuity and seriously mentally ill adults. Over the years, she has provided clinical supervision for professional licensure and has provided training in many topics, including understanding and treating mental illness, post-crisis discharge planning and community engagement.
Dr. Vines is a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Arizona. Dr. Vines completed his education at the University of Georgia and Mercer University School of Medicine before completing psychiatric residency training at Maricopa Medical Center. Dr. Vines is the Medical Director at Quail Run Behavioral Health.
Dr. Shub is a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Arizona. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in adult and geriatric psychiatry. He graduated from Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth College and completed his internship and residency at Menninger Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Baylor College of Medicine. He completed his geriatric psychiatry at UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior. He is now specializing in neurocognitive and neuropsychiatric evaluation and treatment of older adults. Dr. Shub is the Program Director for our older adults program.
Dr. Fermo is a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Arizona. Dr. Fermo completed his education at Far Eastern University. He completed an internship at Columbia University College of Physicians Surgery, a fellowship at University Hospital of Cleveland and residency at University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Jacinto is a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Arizona, with a specialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Jacinto is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry. She completed her education at the University of East, College of Medicine and completed her internship, residency and fellowship at New York Medical College.
Dr. Tan-Fermo is a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Arizona, with a specialty in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr. Tan-Fermo completed her education at Far Eastern University-Nicanor Reyes Medical Foundation and University of Santo Tomes. She completed a fellowship at University Hospital of Cleveland and residency at University of Cincinnati.
Dr. Scott E. Kirkorsky is a licensed psychiatrist in the state of Arizona. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both General and Forensic Psychiatry. He graduated from The University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed his internship at Banner Good Samaritan Hospital and completed his residency at Banner University Medical Center.
Dr. Gill is licensed in internal medicine in the state of Arizona. He completed his education at Christian Medical College-Punjab University, as well as completing training at Detroit Medical Center and Maricopa Medical Center.
