Measuring Success & Improvement

The staff at Quail Run Behavioral Health is committed to delivering an excellent experience and high-quality care for the patients that come into our care. From July 2018 to June 2019, 92% of adult patients reported improvement in symptoms and behaviors after completing our inpatient program; 93% of adolescent patients reported improvement. These outcomes are measured by the CQI+ Outcomes Measurement System, which benchmarks patient satisfaction data for over 350 psychiatric hospitals.

To ensure that we’re listening to feedback from those who enter our doors, we ask patients to answer the following survey questions as they are completing treatment, and after they’ve been discharged. These surveys provide us with valuable feedback regarding staff, programs and other aspects of our facility. The survey asks patients to agree/disagree with statements related to the care they received on a 1 – 5 scale, with 1 = strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree.
